Whatever your sport, the five pilar performance factors are part of how well you perform within it. Strength, Flexibility, Concentration, Coordination and Stamina are part of any sport activity. What we do is work on the general, and then hone on the specific, while focusing on the personally particular.

Your sport has specific elements that lead to it's proper or ideal execution. These are called performance factors. Each of these factors are blended into a into a skill. The stronger you are at each factor, and the best you coordinate them into a single function, the greater your skill.
